MobyDick Wheel Washing Systems worlds #1 wheel washing system.

Team MOBYDICK proudly introduces the next generation wheel washing system.

MOBYDICK has always dared to think of a step ahead technology with its very special, hi-tech and R&D team. After Introducing the 1st drive through wheel washing system to the World being pioneer.

We are now back again with the all new MobyDick One series Model, where the rest of world is still trying to copy our models and technology.

MobyDick ONE: progress in wheel wash systems reaches superb levels

At Bauma 2016 in April in Munich a new chapter in wheel-washing system performance will be opened when the FRUTIGER MobyDick ONE is unveiled. Building on the success story of the MobyDick product line – now in its 30th year and transformed into a global market leader with its MobyDick Quick and ConLine models – the Swiss technology leader in wheel washing presents a world first that will stay at the cutting edge of technology for the foreseeable future.

Lubomir Rathousky, long-time head of development at FRUTIGER, is convinced that with the new product “we can meet the very highest demands for intrinsic value and washing power”. With its new design and the inclusion of the proven range of optional accessories, new functions are available that further enhance the cleaning power and solve the problem of dirty public roads for construction and other vehicles sustainably. This has a lot to do with the larger standard dimensions, from 3.6m and 7.2m up to 10m, 14.4m or even 20m.
Add to that the new PowerFlush function (pat. pend. PCT / EP2016 / 051257), which gives the mud guards a whole new dimension of cleaning. Altered driving profiles and nozzle position (pat. pend. PCT / EP2016 / 051256), the innovation of permanently interchangeable modular side and bottom nozzles (pat. pend. PCT / EP2016 / 051256 and PCT / EP2016 / 051257) and the flow-optimized geometry of the

wash module developed in collaboration with the Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH) complement the performance of the MobyDick ONE line. The interaction of the new components can be best described at Bauma 2016 by the pioneer for tyre washing from Switzerland: “After our successes in 1986 and 1995, at FRUTIGER we have once again set the standard for the industry for the future when it comes to high-quality, tried-and-tested and, with MobyDick ONE, now ground-breaking innovations,” said Rathousky.

FRUTIGER MobyDick
What began in Europe about 30 years ago in 1986, when Kies AG Aaretal in Switzerland launched the first automatic tyre-washing system, grew into a true success story for the manufacturer FRUTIGER from Winterthur. Within a few years 50 facilities, mainly in Switzerland and southern Germany, were up and running.
With the introduction of the first drive-through system, MobyDick Quick, the company's success really took off, and more than 4,000 systems were sold worldwide. Then trucks didn’t even have to stop: the earlier wait of a few minutes was cut to just a few seconds to get the vehicle clean again.
As a global leader in the last 20 years, headquartered in Switzerland, ISO-certified production plants in the Czech Republic and China, as well as an assembly centre in United States, a consistently high product quality is guaranteed, represented by sales and service organisations in many countries around the globe.

FRUTIGER MobyDick doesn’t just clean. It also binds dust
In addition to the washing facilities of the MobyDick product line, FRUTIGER has now been very successful in the dust-binding systems business for almost two years. At Bauma 2016 the range will be presented for the first time at this show.
The MobyDick Dust Control Cannon product range already emphasises our claim for special performance in dust suppression and a customer-oriented price-performance ratio in Germany, Switzerland, USA, China and many other countries. Many conventional systems are still working with

low-pressure pumps, which generate large and thereby differently sized water droplets. The MobyDick dust suppression system relies on water misting using special 20-25 bar pumps and suitable nozzles, which generate a high number of very small water droplets. The Cannon 50 model generates from 50 up to 150 in the outdoor area and 20 to 80 indoors. This "dense fog" with a high number of very small water droplets of homogeneous sizes works more efficiently than the technology with low pressure pumps. With their lower flight and rate of fall, they remain in the air longer and their suction effect is reduced, letting them bind more dust particles and to fall together with them to the ground. This technology has evolved into a proven system of dust control that makes the manufacturing processes cleaner and satisfies labour protection conditions. All innovations of the MobyDick lines from FRUTIGER will be presented at the Bauma in Munich from April 11-17, 2016.
